I had what I consider another strong week of training. I missed my scheduled 8 miler this weekend due to pollen/allergies kicking my tail but had 4 strong days of running.

Mon- no run
Tues- 5 miles ; 10 miles on the bike
Wed- 5 miles
Thurs- 5 miles
Fri- no run
Sat- 4 miles
Sun- missed 8 miler

Total- 19 miles

Finally- a week with all of the runs I had planned. I had a lot of pain on Tuesday from the PF but it was bearable on Wed. so I went ahead and ran.

Mon- 4 miles
Tues- no run
Wed- 5 miles
Thurs- 4 miles
Fri- no run
Sat- 6 miles
Sun- 4 miles

Total- 23 miles

It's an up and down road with the PF. I thought I pretty much had it under control but was running very little. After a very busy couple of weeks (which included an awesome camping trip) I got out for a run yesterday and couldn't put much weight on my foot when I first got up this morning. I will keep treating and try to keep moving forward.
