Finally- a week with all of the runs I had planned. I had a lot of pain on Tuesday from the PF but it was bearable on Wed. so I went ahead and ran.
Mon- 4 miles
Tues- no run
Wed- 5 miles
Thurs- 4 miles
Fri- no run
Sat- 6 miles
Sun- 4 miles
Total- 23 miles
