Another strong week of running. My legs are a little tired but no problems- just getting used to running 5 days a week again... or just running at all.
Mon- no run
Tues- 4 miles
Wed- 3 miles
Thurs- 4 miles
Fri- no run
Sat- 7 miles
Sun- 4 imles
Total- 22 miles
