I had a pretty decent week last week with the running- I missed one day and cut one run short that I had scheduled due to work copnflicts but hit the other 4 days I had scheduled. I have really slowed my pace down in an effort to ramp up mileage a little quicker than I normally would.
Mon- no run
Tues- 3 miles
Wed- missed run
Thurs- 4 miles
Fri- no run
Sat- 9 miles
Sun- 5 miles
Total- 21 miles
