It saddens me to report that my boss died today- 3 weeks after having her stroke. They took her off of the ventilator on Monday and she continued to breath a little. We knew it was only going to be a matter of time after that. She died at 1:45 a.m. this morning.

Peace, and healing.
Oh, Alan...I am so sorry. My sister is laying her best friend to rest tomorrow. She also passed from a stroke (complication from heart surgery after an infection damaged her heart). It's been a rough week.
My thoughts are with all those who loved this woman.
You did what you could. Take solice in the fact that you were able to spend some quality time prior and hopefully those msmories will help carry you through.
Stihl
Alan, My thoughts are with you during such a difficult time. I hope you and all of her friends and family can find some comfort and healing in all of your wonderful memories.
