Slowly but surely.... steady progress.
That seems to be my theme right now. I am planning on doing a couple of races (tri's) this spring but only I meet certain goals in relation to weight and mileage. For now- I am slowly getting my mileage back up and last week added swimming back in to the mix. I will add the bike back in this week.
As for other races, I am uncertain at this point what I will do. Last year was the first year since 2002 that I didn't run a marathon or half marathon. As a matter of fact, I only ran two 5K's and one 10K and had just over 700 miles for the year.
Slowly but surely.... steady progress......
