Week of 24 Aug 2009:
Another great week. I can feel myself getting stronger and more in to the rhythm of a training program. After last weeks 12 mile run I was really stiff on my Sunday's run but I felt pretty good after my 14 mile run on Saturday and felt strong during the 5 mile run on Sunday. Hopefully this weekends labor day plans won't break the good rhythm I am in.

Mon- bike- 10 miles
Tues- run- 6 miles; bike- 10 miles
Wed- run- 5 miles; bike- 10 miles
Thurs- run- 5 miles; bike- 10 miles
Fri- rest day
Sat- run- 14 miles
Sun- run- 5 miles
Total- run- 35 miles; bike- 40 miles
