Week of: 10 Aug 2009
Finally getting back on track with training- now if I can just stay on track!

Mon- Bike- 10 miles
Tues- nothing
Wed- Run- 4 miles; Bike 10 miles
Thurs- run 4 miles
Fri- run 5 miles
Sat- run 9 miles
Sun- run 4 miles

Total- Run- 26 miles; bike- 20 miles
