Not much action the last 3 weeks. I have just fit runs in around life's activities when and where I could. We went to Panama City for a few days of fun in the sun- running was not a priority on the trip- spending quality family time together was my #1 priority. I did get out at 4:30 one afternoon but it was so hot and humid I got a mile down the road, turned around ran 1/2 mile back and then walked the other 1/2 mile back.
Now we are back home and hopefully settling in to a routine and the work outs will start back up. I am ready to get on a schedule and see what happens.

Mon- Nothing
Tues- 3.1 mile run
Wed- 3 mile run
Thurs- 4.1 mile run
Fri- nothing
Sat- 6 miles / enjoyed my 42nd birthday.
Sun- 4 miles
Total- 20.2 miles running
Week of 27 July:
Mon-
Tues- 4 mile run
Wed- 4.1 mile run
Thurs- 4.1 mile run
Fri- nothing
Sat- Left for Panama City Beach
Sun- Nothing
Total- 12.2 miles
Week of 03 Aug:
Mon- Nothing
Tues- 1.2 mile run
Wed- Nothing- drove home
Thurs- 4 mile run
Fri- 5 mile run
Sat- family reunion with Kathy's family
Sun- nothing
Total- 10.5
