Keep 'em rolling! Been quite a while since I have seen a 3 for the 1st number in my training miles.

Mon- No run
Tues- 6 miles
Wed- 5.1 miles
Thurs- 6.1 miles
Fri- no run
Sat- 9.1 miles
Sun- 5 miles

Total- 31.3 miles

Bumping things in to another gear trying to get back in to the swings of things.
