Good week!!! My 12 mile run on Saturday was excellent- cool temps, beuatiful morning- wish they could all be like that. I wore my HR monitor just to see what my HR was throughout the run- averaged 147 for the run. I don't really know what that means as I have never really studied heart rates and where they should be during work outs.
Mon- bike- 10 miles
Tues- run- 5 miles
Wed- run- 5 miles; bike 10 miles
Thurs- run 5 miles; bike- 10 miles
Fri- rest day
Sat- run 12 miles
Sun- run 4 miles
Total- Run- 31 miles; bike- 30 miles
