Another good week on the base building and enjoying running. I was surprised at how well my 10 miler went on Sunday. No stops at all- just smooth, easy run. The temptation was there to add a couple more miles because it was feeling so good but I decided to stop with the planned 10 miles and end on a positive note to take in to my next week of running.

Mon- 10-23: No run
Tues- 10-24: 3 miles
Wed- 10-25: 5 miles
Thurs- 10-26: 5 miles
Fri- 10-27: rest day
Sat- 10-28: 5 miles
Sun- 10-29: 10 miles

Total- 28 miles
