What a great run this morning. Was it my fastest run in a while? No. Was it my furtherest run in a while? No. But it was my most enjoyable. I got up at 4:30 and headed out the door for a 7 mile run. It was 45 degrees and cloudy, but then the clouds cleared up to reveal a bright, beuatiful moon.
The run was over before I knew it and seemed effortless. I wish they could all be like this.
